Britanny

The big quiet flats out towards the Vondelpark are where she is called most often, rooms with enough floor to work on properly, and she brings what she needs without making a production of laying it out. Her French runs quick; her English is careful, almost formal, and people find the combination disarming rather than cold. Ninety minutes beats sixty for her, because the first half hour, all of it warm and slow, is not something she likes to compress. She packs light, reads on planes, and has the kind of steadiness that only turns up after a certain number of years.

Britanny decides which bookings she takes and may decline any of them; she sets the limits for what a session includes, says what they are, and may end a visit at any point, as the terms set out.
