In-room
Your hotel room or your apartment, at whatever hour suits you. She arrives dressed for the lobby.
Warm gel, skin on skin, your room, any hour.
Nuru is a Japanese technique of warm gel and bare skin and a stroke that never has to break, and it comes to hotel rooms and apartments across the city at any hour of the clock. Forty-five therapists work Amsterdam; the centre is forty to sixty minutes away.
If you would like to see more of someone, or the ones the gallery did not deal you tonight, ask and they come straight through.

Nuru is Japanese, and it comes from the bathhouses of Kawasaki, where the gel was first drawn from seaweed and warmed before use. The word means slippery; the gel is clear, odourless, heavier than oil, and once it is spread across two bodies friction is more or less abolished. What is left in its absence is what the technique is actually about, warmth, weight, and a stroke that never has to break.
In your own room
Everything here happens in warm water and foam. The therapist works with lather rather than oil or gel, so the hand never quite settles on the skin and the pressure arrives softened, diffused, always moving. It is the lightest of the techniques we sell, and for a certain kind of arrival, late, still carrying the day, it is the right one.
In your own room
This suits someone who wants full contact without the apparatus, no waterproof sheet, no gel to warm, nothing to rinse off at the end. Warm oil, skin, and the therapist's weight distributed along the length of you rather than concentrated in two hands. It is the plainest form of the idea, and a number of our guests prefer it for exactly that reason.
In your own room
Two therapists, one massage. The difficulty is not the second pair of hands but the timing, four hands on the same body, mirrored or deliberately offset, close enough that you stop being able to count them. It is the technique people choose once they already know what a single therapist can do.
In your own room
The slowest thing on the list. Warm oil, low light, and whole-surface attention paid at about half the speed of a clinical massage, with none of the pressure work and none of the hurry. It is for a person who would rather be attended to for an hour than treated.
Choose nuru when the glide itself is what you are curious about. Warmed gel removes the faint drag that oil always leaves behind, so a stroke can travel from the nape of the neck to the heel and back without a pause, carried by her forearms and the length of her body. It asks the most of the room, which has to be warm, and it gives the most back: an hour shows you the principle, and ninety minutes lets you stop noticing it.
Soapy suits a traveller who arrives still carrying the flight or the meeting. It takes place in the bathroom, in lather and running water, standing or seated for much of the time, and the pressure is diffuse rather than deep because foam never lets a palm settle. Plenty of guests ask for it as the opening of a longer booking, washed first and then taken to the sheet for gel, which turns ninety minutes into two halves that meet in the middle.
Body to body is the answer for a room that refuses to warm up, or for anyone who wants full-length contact without a sheet and a rinse. Warm oil keeps its heat on skin far better than a film of gel, so a draughty canal house or an over-cooled tower suite does not spoil it. The broad, leaning pressure is unchanged; only the medium is different, and with it the preparation.
Four hands belongs to a second booking more often than a first. Two therapists work to a single tempo, mirrored at the start and then apart, until you can no longer place where the next touch will land. Booking the pair means paying for two women’s hours, and it deserves ninety minutes at the least, because the moment the two separate is the moment it becomes itself. Mention it early in the evening, since two schedules must line up rather than one.
Sensual is the slowest of the five and the easiest to say yes to when you are not sure what you want. Warm oil, low light, long repeated strokes at half the usual speed and pauses held on purpose. Nothing is corrected and nothing is hurried. If a first nuru hour sounds like a great deal to take in at once, this is the gentler door into the same evening.
Write and say so. Tell us the hour, how warm your room tends to run and whether you have had any of these before, and the reply will suggest one technique and one length rather than a list. The notes for first timers walk through the decision at more length, and every option carries the same price per hour, so the choice never turns on budget.
Most people who book nuru in this city have read about the gel and very little else. The technique is easy to picture and particular in its needs, so here is the hour as it runs in a hotel room or an apartment, in the order it happens, with the parts that surprise first-time guests pointed out along the way.
Turn the thermostat up as soon as the confirmation lands. A hotel room climbs only a degree or two in twenty minutes, and the gel is only ever as good as the air around it. Clear a space beside the bed for her bag, leave one lamp on low, and that is the whole of the preparation. A short message reaches you as she nears the building, which is a good moment to share the room number.
The balance comes first and quickly, then the waterproof sheet goes over the bed and the towels come out of the bag. She warms the gel while you shower or simply undress, and asks one or two questions: whether there is anywhere to avoid, whether you would like quiet. It takes a few minutes, and by the end of them the room has stopped looking like a hotel room.
She pours the gel directly onto your back and lets her own forearm carry it outward. From there the work is one continuous passage, forearm, hip, the flat of her back, weight leaned in rather than pushed, with no seam between one stroke and the next. The gel is rewarmed as the hour goes on. Guests often talk for a while and then stop, which is usually the point at which the technique has taken over.
Because the gel dissolves in water, the session closes under the shower rather than with towels and a lingering stickiness. She rolls up the sheet, packs the bag and leaves nothing of the visit behind, neither on the linen nor in the bathroom. What remains is a warm room, a slow and unhurried feeling and, if you booked late, the easiest sleep of the trip.
Your hotel room or your apartment, at whatever hour suits you. She arrives dressed for the lobby.
Two therapists, two rhythms, and only one body to attend to. Nothing is ever in the same place twice.
For the two of you, with the two of them. The room stays yours; we simply add to it.
Eight hours. She arrives in the evening and she is still there when the light comes into the room.
No night rate, no weekend rate, and no travel fee anywhere inside the ring. The number you are quoted is the number you pay.
Half the fee confirms most bookings inside the WhatsApp thread, by card first, or by Revolut, Wise or crypto; the rest is handed over in euro once she is in the room, by card, in cash or in crypto, and an amount in another major currency is confirmed in writing before she sets out.
Your hotel room or your apartment. There is no studio, and no address to be seen walking into.
An hour shows you the glide, and a night lets you forget it is a technique at all. Both are booked the same way, in writing, by length.
Nuru Amsterdam, the house

About ten minutes. You get her name and the hour she will be with you, in the same thread you wrote in.
Forty to sixty minutes in the centre, at any hour. She comes up alone and dressed for the lobby.
The balance in cash of any major currency, card, or crypto, once she is in the room. Then the door closes and the time is yours.
We have never kept premises, and the decision was made for the sake of the technique rather than our own convenience. Nuru depends on warmth, water and privacy, and a guest's own room supplies all three more reliably than a rented treatment room across town. Six practical reasons follow, roughly in the order guests bring them up.
The session ends in water. Rinsing off in a bathroom you know, with your own things around you, beats a borrowed cubicle and a damp walk back to the street.
When the hour is over you are already where you meant to spend the night. There is no taxi to find, no cold pavement, and no dressing again just to cross a city.
The thermostat belongs to you. Set it where the gel needs it and leave it there, instead of trusting that somebody else's room was heated in time.
There is no doorway anyone could watch and no waiting room to sit in. She comes up to your floor as any visitor would, and leaves again the same way.
Premises keep opening hours and a room does not. That is how a booking at half past four in the morning becomes routine, and why it is charged at the daytime figure.
Gel, sheet, soap, oil and fresh towels come in with her and go out with her. Nothing that belongs to your hotel or your host is used along the way.
A studio would ask you to go to the gel. We would rather carry it, warm, to wherever you already are.
Nuru Amsterdam, on keeping no premises
The places we go most often. If your hotel is not on it, give us the name, it is almost certainly inside the ring.
Forty to sixty minutes is the figure for the centre, and it is the same figure across every district inside the ring, it is not quoted street by street. Airport hotels are by arrangement: give us the name of yours and the arrival time comes back with the confirmation.
Landed late, luggage still zipped, a body folded into a seat for ten hours. Soapy first and gel afterwards is the usual request, timed for once you have checked in. Our note on booking after a long flight covers the timing, and the airport hotels at Schiphol are arranged on enquiry.
Steep stairs, narrow rooms, old beams and radiators that take their time. Nuru works well here once the heating has had a head start, with the sheet on the bed rather than the floor. The Centrum page and the Jordaan page describe the rooms of the old centre more closely.
Sealed windows, a rain shower and a climate panel that needs persuading. Business travellers write from these rooms late, after the last call of the day, and the glass and steel suit the gel once the panel is set a few degrees higher. The Zuidas page explains how those rooms behave.
Two or three in the morning, the square outside still loud, a room a few streets away. The rate on her profile does not change at that hour. The Rembrandtplein page is written for exactly this part of the night, and the page on round-the-clock nuru sets out how late bookings run.
Budget rooms in the centre can measure twelve square metres, with the bed taking most of them. That is enough: the sheet covers the mattress, the bag waits by the door and the shower does the rest. There is a whole piece on nuru in a compact hotel room if space is the worry.
Couples book nuru as well: one therapist can take you one after the other, which doubles the hourly figure, or two can come so that neither of you waits, which doubles it once more. Say at the start that there are two guests, and see the four hands page if what you have in mind is two therapists on one person.
Your hotel room or your apartment, anywhere in Amsterdam, and at the Schiphol airport hotels by arrangement. We are outcall only, there is no studio, no waiting room, and no address for you to be seen walking into.
She arrives dressed for the lobby and goes straight up.
Nuru, soapy or body to body, in whatever proportion the two of you settle on. The gel, the towels and the waterproof sheet come with her.
Past that, length is the only variable: ninety minutes, three hours, or the eight-hour night.
Four hands, meaning two therapists on one person, is billed as two women’s time, and one each for the two of you as four. The overnight is a flat eight-hour booking, priced under the total of eight separate hours; she arrives in the evening and is still there in the morning.
Keep both of them until morning and it is counted as eight doubled hours for one guest, twice that for a couple. The exact sums are printed beside each woman’s photographs on her profile.
A first booking, an overnight, two therapists, three hours or more, an airport hotel, a peak date and any date more than a day away send half ahead, by card first or by Revolut, Wise or crypto; only a returning guest’s same-day hour or two is paid wholly at the door. The rest is paid in euro once she is in the room, by card, in cash or in crypto, and cash in another major currency works once its amount has been confirmed to you in writing before she sets out, and the booking terms list every case. Tell us which method at the booking so the right arrangement is in place.
Yes, and at the same price. Three in the morning costs what three in the afternoon costs, on a Tuesday or on a Saturday, with nothing added for the hour or the day.
Twenty-one or over, for every guest in the room and for every woman listed on the site. She may ask to see photo identification when she arrives, looks at it and hands it straight back without copying or noting anything, and if she cannot satisfy herself about the room she leaves before the session starts.
Yes. Put her name in the first line of your message. If she is working that night you hear so within the usual ten minutes; if she is not, you are told plainly, and the reply names others who are free that night and give the same technique.
A bed and a shower are all the technique needs. The sheet covers the mattress, the rinse happens standing up, and a bath, pleasant as it is, changes nothing about the hour.
No. It is massage built on warmth and continuous contact, offered for relaxation and not as a remedy for any condition. If you have an injury or a skin sensitivity, mention it when you write so she can adapt, or work in warm oil instead of gel.
Forty-five therapists, every night of the year. Forty to sixty minutes in the centre, once it is confirmed in writing.
