Her hour is built on generous heat, the bottle warmed properly, the passes long and continuous, her weight distributed rather than pushed, and she has stamina for the long bookings, which not everyone does. Ask her where to eat within three streets of the Albert Cuyp and you will get a considered answer. Two hours, three, a whole night: these suit her a great deal better than sixty minutes, and she says so plainly.

Rossy decides which bookings she takes and may decline any of them; she sets the limits for what a session includes, says what they are, and may end a visit at any point, as the terms set out.
