Eight hours is a long booking for most people and an easy one for her; she is better at the middle of a night than the start of one. She walks to work more often than not, up the steep stairs off the Lindengracht, and comes through the door like someone who has been to the flat before, which she generally has not. Her hands are strong, her pressure even, and she is far more interested in long slippery passes than in anything clever or quick. English only, spoken at length, and mostly to very good effect.

Colleen decides which bookings she takes and may decline any of them; she sets the limits for what a session includes, says what they are, and may end a visit at any point, as the terms set out.
